Standard models start from a single unit for sample orders. Container and OEM/ODM batches typically start at 50 units, depending on the model and customization level.
Do you support OEM branding?
Yes — logo on ceramic and seat, custom packaging, localized manuals, voltage configurations and accessory sets can all be customized for your brand.
What water pressure is required?
Our toilets work with 0.1–0.6 MPa water pressure. The 0-pressure vortex models flush reliably even with no minimum pressure — ideal for high-rise and low-pressure installations.
What is the lead time?
Standard models ship within 15–25 days after order confirmation. Custom OEM orders typically take 30–45 days after drawing and sample approval.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty is 12 months on the smart seat electronics and 5 years on the ceramic body, with extended warranty options for hotel and project supply.
Do the toilets work during power outages?
Yes — every model features a battery-backup flush, so the toilet can always be flushed even when the power is out.
